Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Jennifer Rene Psaki was an American political adviser who was the 34th White House press Secretary between 2021 and 2022. A member of Democratic Party she has previously served in the Obama administration as White House deputy press secretary (2009), White House deputy director of communications (2009–2011), the spokesperson of the Department of State(2013-2015) and White House communication director (2015–2017). Psaki contributed to CNN's politics coverage of 2017 to 2020. Psaki started her professional career with an Iowa Democratic senator, Tom Harkin, and then became the governor of Iowa. Psaki became John Kerry's deputy press secretary in 2004. Psaki worked as the communications director to Joseph Crowley in the U.S. and was the regional press secretary for Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Psaki returned to politics in 2012, serving as the press secretary for President Obama’s 2012 campaign. [20] Psaki was named spokesperson for the United States Department of State on February 11, 2013. It was believed that she was to replace Jay Carney as White House Press Secretary.[21] However, Josh Earnest was announced to replace Carney on May 30 in 2014. She was named Communications Director in the White House and continued to continue to do so until the end of 2015.
